However, if there are unexpected factors during the move-such as additional items, stairs not mentioned beforehand, or other challenges-we may need to adjust the final cost. To ensure your items are safely protected during the move, we use high-quality shrink wrap and moving blankets. These materials help your belongings secure and free damage, giving you peace of mind throughout the entire process.

We are happy to move fragile or valuable items as long as you’re comfortable with it, and they are properly wrapped and secured. If these items are not adequately protected, we may recommend that you transport them yourself to ensure their safety during the move.

Upon request, we are happy to disassemble simple furniture to make your move easier. Just let us know, and we’ll take care of it for you!
After the Move

If something gets damaged during the move, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience. We are committed to making things right and will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction- whether that’s replacing the item or offering a credit to your account.

Yes, we do offer junk removal and furniture disposal services upon request. Just let us know, and we’ll be happy to help with clearing out unwanted items!

If your belongings don’t fit in the truck, multiple trips may be needed, which could result in additional fees. To avoid any surprises, it’s important to be upfront about all of your items so we can plan the move accurately and give you the most accurate estimate possible.

We offer packing and unpacking services for an additional fee. While we’re happy to assist with these tasks, please keep in mind that it may not save time or money if you choose to do it yourself. However, we’re here to make your make your move as easy as possible, whatever your preference may be!

We have experience moving heavy and specialized items like pianos and safes. If you need assistance with these, just let us know in advance, and we’ll ensure the proper equipment and care are used to move them safely.

While we generally move most items, we require that everything is properly packaged and secured for the move. If an item is not adequately prepared, we may ask that you transport it yourself to ensure it isn’t damaged during the move.

At this time, we do not offer storage solutions for our clients. However, we understand that this can be an important service, and we hope to provide storage options in the near future.
